A dose of me~!~!~!

Last Friday, went out with Lynn. She needs another dose of me for the week since she didn't have a dose of me last week. So, she had to have double dose of DA GREAT CHRISTINA~!~!~! Muahahaha~!~!~! So, we had another outing. My dear was invited as usual, along with 2 new dude(friend of hers whom i don't know) who are Ru-En(correct me if I'm wrong) and Edmund. Then, Justin who was supposed to be there couldn't make it. Gabriel also cannot come. So, Yap Chee Kien was invited. It's great seeing him after he went M.I.A! And he started his day of seeing us by attacking my dear's fats. Just after my mum "praised" my dear of his new appearance which went slimmer. But my mum said not nice lorhhh because he's a guy. He will look like a stick if he continues slimming down like that. 1 kg everyday... Lol.. that's exaggeration. And my dear started his day of seeing me by "stepping" my way of clothing. *sobs*... Nevermind lar. He's a guy after all. And he dressed so well that day when we're just going to be going to Times Square to catch a movie: Made of Honour.

Before heading to the movies, Lynn brought us to this Restaurant which is Reastaurant Muar. The food there was quite nice. I went there before once with my family but that was long ago. Then, after the food, Chee Kien's mouth is finally free of any food. So Vick decided to order him some desserts. He sarcastically said "Chee Kien ar!!! What dessert you want ar? I order for you".

"Yes Sir? We have cendol. Do you want some?"

LOL~!~!~! We started laughing. Then, Vicki accepted the offer and ordered the cendol for Chee Kien which he said not nice. Haha!!! After the food, we went and watch the movie. The movie was quite okay. It reminds me of "My Best Friend Wedding". But of course there's something different to it. But it uses the same concept that the guy and the girl who are best friends for so many years. Then the gal intends to get married. The guy realizes that he loves the gal. Then he tries to win her back.

Why is it that everyone only really value that thing only when it's lost??? Haihz.. The value we learnt is: Treasure everything you have. Not when you are going to lose it.

Ok, then we got back at 2.00 a.m. because of the yumcha session at Jln. Alor. Haha... K. Thats all. Gotta rush for class, so no quote in this entry.

Happy Birthday PoPo~!~!~!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU, POPO~!~!~! MAY YOU HAVE A HEALTHY LIFE AHEAD AND MAY LONGEVITY BE BY YOUR SIDE~ ^^

I was invited to Dear's PoPo's 72nd birthday celebration at Crystal Palm Seafood Restaurant on Saturday. There were also my dear, his mum, his yee ma, his dai yee ma, his popo, his cousin, his uncle and not forgetting aunt Doris. My angpao prezzie was rejected because i am deemed unmarried. (=.=")

The celebration started with food!!! We spent almost one hour and a half finishing up the food, and then the cake was brought forward for PoPo. My Dear was having fun as usual stuffing me with the food available. He decorated the cake with a Grandma doll sitting on a sofa. He was quite proud of it. Hahax..

We sang birthday song to PoPo with the faulty karaoke set available in the restaurant. After all the singing and cake cutting ceremony, the cake is eaten. The cake is nice. I'm just not accustomed to super sweet stuffs. Or maybe it's not sweet, and it's just my sensitive tongue which is sensitive to sweet things. Then, PoPo went and sing some songs. My Dear was supposed to sing a song, but he refused and his uncle used the term "chickened out".

We left the restaurant at around 9.30p.m.. After dropping his mum and aunts back home, we went strolling around Titiwangsa Park. It was still crowded at such a time. Haha.. Then we were having some slow walk around the park. Then we enjoyed the scenery of The Eye of Malaysia. Lol.. There were loads of people around that area taking pictures. And we were having some discussion about the people we see. Haha..

Finally, we left the Park at around 10.30p.m.. and went back home. He took me up to my house and I was shocked to see a group of people having some party. So, i avoided using the route by going one big round. As it turns out, my mum knows them and they're my neighbours. Duh!!! I just got a little bit too panicky. Hehe.. It was a fun day celebrating his grandma's birthday. Thanks a lot for inviting me and i really had a fun time. ^^

Haha... I came back the other day from school and found this adorable Teddy Bear made of Balloon. It's handmade by Gabriel Soo Qin Zhi. My childhood friend a.k.a my neighbour for 17 years and still counting, except that he's no more my neighbour. He's a really funny guy. Now finished with his F6, worked and is currently waiting for his University intake. Just want to say, Thanks a lot for being able to tolerate my for 17 years. Haha!!! Really appreciate it. Although the balloon Teddy will not last long and will eventually fade away, i hope our friendship will last. =].

Idol perhaps???

That day when i was doing my homework peacefully at home, my bro who was sitting beside me came and disrupt my tranquility. He was bugging me to see this Youtube video clip. Since i was so engrossed in my homework, i didn't bother to give him any of my attention. But, he didn't stop calling for me and he looked genuine when he said that the video clip that he is about to show me is very very funny. So, i just stopped my work and see what he was up to. He entered this website: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XXaUS7pZAg0&feature=related

Lol.. It was really funny. It's about this German kid who is kind of crazy and really really angry playing Mario. He went to the extent of destroying the keyboard and maniac-ness. OMG!!! I laughed until my stomach ached. And although my bro had already watched it a few times before this, he still laughed like he's never laughed before. It's really funny seeing him playing Mario until like that. I were never that bad playing Mario for the first time. Then, my bro is not satisfied and he proceeded to find that same German kid playing Maple Story and Counter Strike. LOL... I think the producers did a cute job in doing this clip. Haha... If it's fiction. If it's non-fiction, then i've got no comments.

Angry German kid playing Maple: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rqu6Iu5hWOs

Then, i showed the webby to Vick and he did some further investigation by giving me this webbie: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NwEfoLb83QQ&feature=related

After that, i accessed to my Friendster. And guess what??? MY FRIENDSTER GOT HACKED!!! Something that's never happened in my life!!! I got kind of upset. *sobs*. The culprit is called Bantotan Rambotan. Name also so funny. And he hacks into other people's accounts to add him as friend. And his comment column is flooded with people scolding him and cursing him. There's also some kind souls who taught us how to recover back our profile. It turns out that he entered this weird code in my media column. So, i deleted all of my media codes. Haihzzzz... He is really sick i tell u. He puts his shoutout as "sorry friends". I mean like, you do it conciously, then you say sorry. It really irritated me. And i came to a conclusion that the angry German kid is like an Idol to those sicko hackers out there. Lol... That innocent German kid became my victim. Too bad for him. I was really upset that time. So, i just linked everything that seemed to be linkable. Hehex.. Because that German kid really looks like a recluse to me. I really hope those crazy sickos out there can stop their pathetic doings and don't create problems to us.

*Terra frustrated with those sicko.

What is an educated person?

WAH!!! I was late for class today! I arrived at the Putra Asia Jaya station by 8.35 a.m. and waited for the bus impatiently. After a few curse and urging for the bus to come NOW, the bus finally arrived at 8.55 a.m. and waited there for more passengers until 9.00 a.m.!!! OMG!!! My computer studies class starts at 9.00 a.m. for God's sake. Then, i dropped at this bus station that requires me to walk another 10 minutes. I finally arrived at my Uni at 9.15 a.m. and thinking of how to explain to my lecturer. I ws praying along the way for the absence of my lecturer till i arrive. I was nearing the lecture hall... Then, the door of the lecture hall was open and... I peeped my head in. Looked at the front - YEAY!!! My lecturer has not arrived yet. Woot!!! Thank God!!! Lol. I quickly went and passed the photostated notes to Thiyagoo, my class rep and find a seat beside Yoke Ha. Waited for a few more minutes and a male walked into the class. I started to wonder, "Where's Ms. Yasotha??? Don't tell me it's another lecturer taking over again??? *groans*"... As it turned out, Mr. Wesley took over the class for the day due to Ms. Yasotha's MC. Haihz... Mr. Wesley gave us some lecturing which is not related to CS because he's not really happy with our attitude. Then, he told us to study hard and also play at the same time. It seems that 15% of the students fail CS. And I think he likes Pasar Malam a lot because he likes to relate things to Pasar Malam. Lol!!! His class was kind of fun at some point but rally scary when he gets mad. And he predicted us to blog about his lecture the minute his class finished. So, here I am blogging about it in order to fulfill his predicaments. Haha.. Oh yah, due to his frustration, he asked us to answer this question on a piece of paper and pass it up to him. "What is an educated person?". Hmmm... i wrote, "someone who studies well enough to carry himself well in the community(supposed to be society) and not inflict shame on ownself while create a good impression of ownself at the same time". Does it sound stupid??? WARGH!!! Dunno lar. Whatever the outcome will be. Lol... I'm not really good at this kind of stuffs anyway.

*All hard work and no play makes Jack the dull boy

I'm always there for you

YEAY~~~
I watched Kung Fu Panda already!!! Haha... OMG!!! Po(The Panda) is so cute! He reminds me greatly of my dad. And my dear also. I watched Kung Fu Panda in the cinemas with another Panda by my side. Hehe... If you get what I mean. Basically, the movie is terra awesome and really funny. The audience in the cinema were even cheering and clapping for the panda. Haha.. I guess Po is really loved. Not to mention that the movie contains a few moral lessons to be learnt. Viper is a really kind-hearted one. Monkey is a bit the funny. Haha.. And mantis was unbelievable. Tigress is kind of scary because she's so fiery. And Crane is so blur. Not to mention the ambitious good-turn-bad Leopard, wise Master Oogway(the turtle) and Master Shifu(racoon??? master already means shifu. and yet... he's called master shifu). This movie is strongly recommended.

I went out with my dear the other day to Ikano. We basically strolled around the place as usual. We went and have out dinner at Vivo pizza. And i learnt that, SERIOUSLY do not judge a food by it's picture on the menu. We saw the delicious looking "Golden Baked Chicken" on the menu and decided to order that and try it. When it came, it looked different from the picture!!! Luckily, the taste is still ok but not as good as expected. Then i ate their lamb chop and it was quite nice. My dear's portion of Meatball Spaghetti was not as much as expected though. Haha.. We also ordered this bread with almond which was tasty. Chocolate cake as dessert. The drinks there were quite tasteless as my dear ordered Mango delight and i ordered cappucino. It's just on a satisfactory level. Really nothing to shout about. If you're up to a light dinner, this restaurant is not a bad choice.

After so long of not meeting my dear, it was a delightful feeling seeing his face again. Haha.. I've got so much of things to tell to him and he didn't lose to me in telling me his life experiences too. Though i felt kind of useless when i can't ease a few of his troubles. >.<". Seeing his dissapointed and troubled face makes me sad. Though he tried to conceal his emotions behind his smile, it still showed. I just want him to know that no matter what happens, I'll always be by his side supporting him. Not to mention his supportive mum who's always there for him through ups and downs. And also his friends. Love you truly!!!

Oh yah, when we were at Times Square last 2 days, we saw this booth set up by the KL City Hall known as the "pelan induk" or something. It's a plan to turn Malaysia into this really cool country by year 2020. Well, what i can say is, let's just wait and see, although my dear scoffs at the thought of it. I'll be 30 years old by the time the plan is realised. Maybe they could start by not being so unfair and not to be so dissatisfied with their appetite. I'll just wait and see the development and the outcome. Haha~

Confined? Free Yourself~

I was having my physics lecture the other day. One thing about my Physics lecturer is that while she's giving her lecture, she don't solely talk on the subject. She will talk bout other things like supernatural things and a little lesson on life. I learn quite a bit about life from her, not to mentions Physics. That day, while she was giving her lecture, she asked us to rise from our seats and do some stretching because all of us looked half-dead and was about to doze off any second. Then she ask us to laugh because laughter is the best medicine, it seems. Even if it's nothing to laugh about, just laugh. Then it occured to me that, "OMG! If i laugh without a reason, surely people think I'm crazy. Geez...". And someone read my mind(LOL) and shouted, "crazy ar teacher?". My lecturer then told us about the story of a circus elephant. Have you ever wondered how is circus elephant trained and not run away??? It's because when they were still young, they are tied to a pole with a chain. No matter how many times the elephant try to run away, they will never suceed. So, as they grow up, they'll have the mindset that they can't run away no matter how hard they try. So, eventually, they'll stop trying to run away, EVEN AFTER THE CHAIN IS RELEASED! So, they're so confined. It's the same with humans, we've been told since young, regardless by our mum, dad, friends or teacher about a lot of things. This can't do, that can't do. So, laughing to self even when there's nothing to laugh at is deemed "a crazy thing", and lots more other things lar. We have to unleash ourself and not be so confined anymore. lol. Please note that there's a limit. I'm feeling so philosophical. Muahahaha!!! Will be posting up another entry soon, i think if i find the time to it. Uni life is starting to get the better of me.

*Currently feeling hapee happi~~~ ^^. A really sombre morning i'm having here.

Bleeding Love fever

I just had my first practical Chemistry class at the Laboratory in UTAR. But since this is the first time of Chemistry practical class, teacher just let us test out the apparatus in the lab. I and my partner, Yoke Ha tried out the pipette, burette and the additional balloon thingy that sucks the water up and fill up the pipette(annyone can tell me what's that called???). I find the balloon thingy-thing quite amusing though. Lol. Well, that was all we did in the Chemistry lab for the day. The real practical will start next week starting with Physics practical and then the Chemistry practical. Oh yah, we also had on out lab coat. It gives me a "scientist-ey" feeling. "BEHOLD!!! THE FUTURE SCIENTIST COMING THROUGH". But, my degree course has nothing related to white lab coats or whatsoever. In fact, I'll be spending most of my time locked up in the room with a toussled hair. Duh... Haha.. That is my future that I'm seeing.

Yesterday's English class was fun. Basically, it's just a normal English class but Miss Phaveena makes it interested by creating fun tasks for us to do. (Although we're just learning back the basic English like Nouns, Pronouns, Verbs, Adverbs, etc...). No wonder her students love her a lot as everytime she's in the middle of the class, there'll surely be some students standing outside the front door and waving and smiling at her where she would usually say to us, "Your seniors" and she'll start laughing. Actually, I don't even know who are categorized as my seniors. Is it the students that is in the January intake??? I don't really see many students around except for the other Degree students in the other block. @.@... Confusion floods me. Lol..

Nowadays, I always hear Umbrella sang by Marie Digby instead of Rihanna!!! It's really frust when I hear her voice singing that song. It's because she don't have half the energy Rihanna has when she sings it. I know that it's supposed to be acoustic version and thus supposed to sound a little mellow compared to Rihanna's hard rock version. But, I still can't get used to the Acoustic Umbrella song. *sobs* But, I have to give credit to Marie Digby for her new song which sounds sweet and likable. I long to hear Rihanna's Umbrella on radio again. Lol. Another song that is spammed(???) is Leona Lewis' "Bleeding Love". I heard it 5 times in 1 day. OMG!!! Even the shop lots opposite my house is blasting that song kao kao. They only blast THAT PARTICULAR song. Huarh!!!

*Currently: Having a bleeding love fever in UTAR's comp lab. Lol.

First Week Of Uni Life

My University started on 26th of May 2008. So, my rotting/idle-ing hours are long gone from me already. No other choice but to start studying hard and enjoy life at the same time. My first week of the university was okay. I didn't feel sleepy. Probably because I'm excited with my first week or because I'm not engaged in a studying environment for 6 long months. The lecture on the first day was quite relaxing as they want to go slowly first to make us get used to the university environment first. So, the suffering and torturing will all start on the 2nd week which is starting tomorrow.

If you ask me how is the university life, i can say that it's just like another stage of schooling life. The process repeats all over again. New subjects to be learnt. Assignments to be done and handed in on time. Examinations to sit for. Another form of educator which is lecturer instead of teacher. New friends to be made. The only thing is that we don't have a university uniform. Hahax.. But, my university do have their own dress code though. No sleeveless or any mini mini skirts/pants. Eye-catchy/indecent clothings are banned.

The food in the cafeteria is quite okay although the atmosphere in there isn't really 5 stars. Their library is quite well-equipped with a number of students in the library busy doing their work with the help of the reference book available there. Their computers are also fast. Although there's some technical error which created quite a problem for me since i can't access into the UTAR WBLE page to download the lecture notes and tutorial questions.

Oh, talking about new friends, I managed to make friends with a few of my classmates namely Yoke Ha, Nanthinee, and some other people. And there's also some people which are quite amusing in their own ways. They somehow attract unwanted attention created a bad impression of themselves. I also registered myself in the Peer Helping Programme. It's quite an interesting programme. Although I'm not specialized in this skill, I thought of gaining some knowledge of it besides gaining a new skill. Haha.. Kill two birds with one stone perhaps???

Overall, I think UTAR is quite a decent place to be in, excluding certain problems like the technical problem which created quite a havoc which caused us to change group everyday. And also the inability of some students to gain access into the important WBLE webbie.
